Great help on the phone, although we were a little alarmed to be told we had a recall on our car from the beginning of the year and had not received any correspondence regarding this. We asked for a copy if the letter but have not received this.

The guys were great esp the guy that took us to the train station. Our car wasn't cleaned. Normally whenever I leave my car with mechanics, no matter what it's for, it's always cleaned in & out. That wasn't the case here.

I wasn't fully satisfied when buying my car because of the faults that I explained above, but picking it up was a great experience Laura had a red bow on the car and took pictures and gave us that fabulous paparazzi treatment which was so nice.

The meet and greet, and the station shuttle are always a delight. I have confidence in the mechanics. The bills have been as predicted, but still feels expensive.

Courteous, friendly service. Modern, accommodating service centre where you are treated very much individually. And my 5 year old daughter was in awe of all the merchandise!

All the staff at Park Lane were very welcoming and helpful. Lauren talked me through everything I needed to know at a suitable pace for me, and was more than happy to go over things a second (and often third) time! She couldn't have done more for me.
