BMW done what was required on service and informative.Only minus the service booklet was left on the passenger seat for them to edit and stamp

Although there was a mix up over the booking (I never confirmed the slot). Paul was very accommodating in fitting the work in while I waited with my 5 year old son. It meant no wasted journey and I would have struggled to find the time to return.

I was just lucky that it was ms. Paige Gibson that sold me the Mini ! Very efficient and patient. Got me the colour and all the extras I wanted without any fuss...she also gave a thorough, without any rush, explanation of various new functions.
