Made to feel welcome. Pleasant environment. Charlie was an experienced salesman who handled the process professionally but with a warm personality. Handover wasn't rushed and I felt everything was covered at the time.

The car was dirty on the inside driver's door with foot marks and my operative said how rubbish the cleaners were, offered to find a cloth but then didn't. It was a shame. The MINI branded kit which came with the extra (Protect X) was branded BMW.

My brand new car has a big crack on the glass inside of the sunroof. I was told that there was no issue, but the report given does not show any details check and no picture. It is already a month since then, but no actual progress was given.

The issue I needed resolving wasn't, I was oversold items without true explanation as to why. If Oscar manages my booking I am treated patronisingly. I have a service plan and this does not appear to be valued maybe due to lost commission?

I got the MOT a little early and wasn't possible to front-date the MOT by a few weeks. Next time I'll book it closer to the date. Otherwise happy with everything else. Thanks

I got the waiting device I needed, all the service items were completed within two hours and the car was handed back clean inside and out.

I booked weeks in advance for a regular service and brake fluid change with the "service while you wait" option. Brought the car 30 mins early to make sure I don't miss service spot. It took 7 hours for the service to be completed.

All the staffs are well communicated and friendly. The only missing part is when I check in the last evening before MOT, I requested in the check in to have tyre realignment. But I only have MOT done on that day eventually.

Said to come in early and car would be done straight away and if not we would be helped with a alternative our car is a mobility car we was then told car would not be ready till the evening and was directed to the train station not good enough.

David is a delight & made everything easy & streamlined. I wasn't the most communicative customer but he dealt with me with professionalism, patience & care. Kept me updated throughout which was great. And the handover explanation was super helpful.
