I went into the showroom on Park Lane to have a look and find out about Minis. I saw Olivia who showed me the range and explained the deals and I left very tempted to buy! She was very helpful and responsive to my queries and I decided to buy.

Well-organised booking and signing. Handover was smooth and convenient. Manager was knowledgeable and helpful. Suggest providing a document list in advance, incl. confirming complimentary insurance. Overall, superb experience

Charlie was professional, friendly and kept me updated throughout. Made the whole process of buying a car very pleasant and easy. Bringing a mini countryman to my local area so I could test drive was great. The receptionists were also welcoming.

I was satisfied - five stars - with how Linda handled the booking, collection, return of my car. But reservations about BMW. This recall was not of my making yet it cost me - time off work, ur collect fees and my diesel. Not fair.

The first service on our Mini was well organised agreeable experience, with everything done while I waited. There were a couple of follow-ups regarding I) a warranty claim and ii) the replacement of some boot accessories but we haven't heard back yet
