Not 5 stars because it was impossible to accommodate a check in addition to the MOT inspection. The additional check (without requesting repair of potential faults) would not have taken two minutes to perform, but fell outside the planned work.

The customer service has been beyond poor. From not being offered a test drive, to not installing the correct adaptations, to leaving out crucial info about the app, to not answering emails in a timely manner/sometimes at all... and the list goes on
