Initial check up great Dispute over delivery back to owner Pick up and delivery was pre arranged.. Day of delivery waited all day to be told of the dispute only after I called to ask where was the car I had to pick up car despite just having cataract

The service consultant was helpful and professional. However, the car was returned with only 11 miles (9%) after being handed over with around 116 miles (90%). It wasn't recharged, was left dirty with food crumbs, and no goodwill was offered.

Hard work booking - noone would confirm price despite repeated requests and then asked for £100 for collection service. No availability for 8 weeks when I tried to book. But service agent was helpfiul once you had car
