Hamza was extremely friendly, helpful, thorough and prompt communicating updates even when there were delays which were outside his control. He was patient when handing over the crane happy to answer all the questions I had.

The first service on our Mini was well organised agreeable experience, with everything done while I waited. There were a couple of follow-ups regarding I) a warranty claim and ii) the replacement of some boot accessories but we haven't heard back yet

Mini Park Lane had the exact model I wanted and had it ready for collection on the day with no delays. The salesperson Joshua was brilliant, he was quick to answer any questions I had, both before & after collecting the car. He was so professional.
