Shambolic organisation. It is impossible to get hold of anyone. Although the appointment was cancelled by the Mini team (which caused significant inconvenience), we were chased by other team members who were not aware of the cancellation.

Whilst the service itself was good, the wait time for tne service was not. We were originally quoted 2.5 hours for the while you wait visit. It ended up being 5 hours of waiting around in the lounge area for the service to be done. Not ideal.

Efficient, professional. Loo cleaning big improvement. Got a quote way before service for rear plastic wheel arch replacement, but felt way overcharged labour on the day vs brake pads all-round. The car was already prepped an on the hoist. Minutes.

I was satisfied - five stars - with how Linda handled the booking, collection, return of my car. But reservations about BMW. This recall was not of my making yet it cost me - time off work, ur collect fees and my diesel. Not fair.
