The coordination and care to clients is non existent You get transferred from one person to another and no one gives you knowledge answers. The amount of chasing and anxiety that came with this process is unbelievable

I can't recommend Matt Shardlow highly enough. He made the whole ordering experience seamless. Nothing was too much trouble and he always answered queries promptly. Excellent product knowledge also.
