Charlie was professional, friendly and kept me updated throughout. Made the whole process of buying a car very pleasant and easy. Bringing a mini countryman to my local area so I could test drive was great. The receptionists were also welcoming.

I put my positive experience down to the outstanding brand representative Olivia Martin at Park Lane. She made the entire process such a pleasure. She has an enthusiastic manner which inspires excitement in the Mini brand & takes care to listen.
