The car was dirty on the inside driver's door with foot marks and my operative said how rubbish the cleaners were, offered to find a cloth but then didn't. It was a shame. The MINI branded kit which came with the extra (Protect X) was branded BMW.

My brand new car has a big crack on the glass inside of the sunroof. I was told that there was no issue, but the report given does not show any details check and no picture. It is already a month since then, but no actual progress was given.

I dropped the vehicle late morning of Tuesday 28th July. The service was completed on Thursday afternoon and I paid online the following morning. I arrived at midday on Friday to be told that my vehicle was not washed. Utterly disappointed.

The service consultant was helpful and professional. However, the car was returned with only 11 miles (9%) after being handed over with around 116 miles (90%). It wasn't recharged, was left dirty with food crumbs, and no goodwill was offered.

Was told car was ready to collect then waited 45 mins for it. When I got in, a signal light came on - a light was broken so had to wait another hour for that to be fixed. Also, unfriendly receptionists. Service used to be far better at Battersea.

All servicing got done, however my tyre valve caps weren't satisfactorily replaced and I've unfortunately only realised two missing after a long 200 mile journey. It's obviously disappointing - your negligence has risked valve damage from road debris

Staff were nice. Bit chaotic and took an hour to hand the car over. And - not the fault of the staff -the road in which it is situated has its issues. Quite a long way to go to from Knightsbridge and a centre nearer (as Battersea was) is needed.

Whilst the service itself was good, the wait time for tne service was not. We were originally quoted 2.5 hours for the while you wait visit. It ended up being 5 hours of waiting around in the lounge area for the service to be done. Not ideal.
