Delivery was made by Charlie himself, which I'm forever thankful, as driving an automatic transmission (which is new for me) through London wasnt my idea of fun. I think he also loved driving my old mini back to mini HQ

Excellent customer service from Matthew who looked after us at Mini Park lane. We also had a warm welcome at arrival from reception, one of the ladies offered us a drink, show us the showroom and kept us entertained while we were waiting for the car

From an overall sales perspective, our sales person Olivia was excellent. She was efficient and highly responsive, knew the product well and communicated easily However, we did have a major issue related to our trade-in car at the time of purchase
