Master Technician
We are looking to hire a Master Technician to join our team at our Park Royal Aftersales Centres.
Ideal candidates will possess the following attributes:
BMW ATA Master Technician Certification
IMI Level Four with GEN Five qualification
DSE qualification (Training provided if required)
Ability to communicate effectively at all levels with staff and customer alike.
Be organized and manage themselves on a day to day basis.
Work productively and to a high standard.
To support and review processes within the aftersales business where change and enhancement can improve the level of service we deliver.
Help guide and support others with technical matters and assist in the development and skill set within the workshop
To oversee and mentor apprentices in the workshop.
To engage with BMW UK on future pilots schemes and technical enhancements.
To assist with TSARA and Teile clearing and Repair clearing concerns.
